Our fully fenced, self contained holiday house provides a sunny, spacious, warm home away from home feel, situated at the Forest end on Rua Ave that sleeps up to 7 people.
Enjoy breakfast at the table with views out to The Tararuas and dinner on the deck with views out to the ocean and witness a beautiful sunset and feel close to the stars on a clear summers night.
Our house has the home comforts if you're wanting to put your feet up to relax or to be adventurous, just steps away from walking to the beach for a swim or fishing, a bike ride/ walk in the Forest or a short drive away to neighbouring townships.
Downstairs:
Main entrance with storage cupboard, Bathroom with shower, Bedroom with bunks and a king single bed, Laundry including a washing machine, Bedroom with Queen Bed, internal garage for the kids to hang in with a TV, Wii & other games.
Upstairs:
Open plan Lounge with TV, stereo, fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, big entertaining deck with glimpses of the sea, dining area seating for 6 people, Master Bedroom with King Bed, separate toilet and bathroom with spa bath.
Heatpump for cooler days and/or ceiling fans to cool on the warmer days. The entire house has double glazed windows and blackout blinds perfect for a good night's sleep.
Large flat lawn perfect for the kids (and big kids) to play summer cricket, and other games.
Parking on the driveway for 2 cars
Destinations:
Easy walking distance to the beach, fairy forest, the local Bowling Club and a short walk (approx 10 minutes) to the popular Four Square for your ice cream, coffee and morning paper and Waitarere Gift Shop for your holiday souvenir.
From Waitarere you are approximately 15 minutes to Levin, 30 minutes to Otaki, 20 minutes to Foxton or 50 minutes to Palmerston North.

*Many properties in Waitarere use bore water. There is a water filter which improves the drinking water quality, but you may notice a slight discolour.
* Our pricing is based on 2 Adults.
Additional guests $25.00 per person per night on top of base rate.
*A cleaner is compulsory for all stays $65.00 per stay
